6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally delivered within 3–10 working days across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
  • International orders, where available, may take 25–30 working days.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Approved return requests must be shipped back within the specified return period.
  • Exchange orders will generally be processed within 3–10 working days after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Products that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or without original tags and packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
